DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

You’re in luck NEEDY babe we ship worldwide using DHL express. Simply select your location at checkout and our site will calculate your shipping rate. We have specifically chosen DHL for our amazing customers because it’s the best in the bis. They provide a tracking number in order for you to watch your NEEDY piece traveling to you and not to mention it’s here before you know it.

HOW LONG TILL MY AMAZING NEEDY ORDER IS WITH ME?

Both Australian and International orders are shipped via express post, meaning your NEEDY delivery should be with you in no time.

Australian customer please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order.

International customer please allow 3-5 business days to arrive (depending on location)

HELPPPPPPP! WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY?

If on the rare occasion you have received a faulty NEEDY piece, email us STRAIGHT away on contact@needythelabel.com. With detail about the fault, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund. 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@needythelabel.com and we will get back to you on where to return your item.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note there are no returns or exchange for international orders- so pretty please read all sizing advice and be 100% on the piece you are choosing.

Please return your item to our HQ at:

DO I HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE FOR A RETURN OF A NEEDY PIECE?

Yes you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
