NEEDY ships worldwide. Orders within Australia are sent express via Australia Post, and International orders are express via DHL express.

Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location.

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA -

Once your package has been sent you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Although this is an overnight service, parcels can be delayed due to matters out of our control.

-Please allow up to 2-3days.

You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as the item is produced. The estimated date can be found on the product page.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -

Once your order has been sent you will be emailed a unique tracking number, your parcel will be trackable and a signature is required upon delivery, if it is not signed for DHL will attempt delivery another day.

Please double check all personal and postage details when completing as NEEDY does not take responsibility for missing packages. Please allow 3-10 business days for your parcel to arrive and please note that NEEDY will not be responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays. 

**When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day because please remember that the postman takes weekends off, so if you place your order on the Friday, we’ll ship it to you on the following business day.

Most care instructions are listed on garment- however if it’s not, then machine wash is appropriate- but not if it’s silk.
